As a printer user there is a possibility that at some point of time you faced the issue where doesn’t print the command given by you and this can happen due to various issues and to solve them user looks for the solution but didn’t get the success because as a user one was unaware to the things to look for. To help the user we are going to tell some of the common errors which can come at the time of printing and what is required by the user to resolve them.

 

The List Of The Errors Is As Follows.

1. Printer Jammed- when the paper used in the printer has cuts or streaks on them the chances of getting paper being stuck in the printer increase and when paper gets stuck in the Canon Printer Setup  it stops as far as command given by the user. To resolve this kind of issue the first step is to make sure that paper which are being used are plain without having any kind of cuts in them this can minimize the chances of paper getting stuck in the printer and if the paper still gets stuck than the user needs to follow the instruction which are being displayed on the printer.

 

2. Printer Driver- When user is installing the printer to the device, they need to make sure that Printer driver are on the device are available because if the printer driver is missing the device won’t even detect the printer of user in the first place itself. To avoid this error user needs to install the printer driver to the system and if the error is still keeps popping up than the user needs to update the driver or either remove the existing driver which are being available in the device and reinstall the same from the website.

 

3. Set As Default- The obvious mistake which done by the user itself that when the user was setting up the printer to the driver, they don’t select the option of making the printer as Default printer and when they try to print on the command goes to another printer. In order to avoid this kind of error make sure that you set your printer as Default printer.
